About the role#
This internship program is a 10 to 12-week experience designed to provide corporate exposure and hands-on professional development. You will support Test Engineering activities while gaining experience with Aclara products and new product development processes.
What you'll do#
- Develop and execute test scripts to support engineering activities.
- Evaluate product performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects with overlapping tasks.
- Present your work to the local management team at the end of the program.
What you'll need#
- Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university throughout the internship period.
- Pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Mechanical Engineering.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Familiarity with relevant software systems, including Python programming.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products is preferred.

- Compensation: $22.50 to $29.00 per hour.
- Status: Full-time.
