About the role#
This position is for nursing students graduating in Winter or Summer 2027. You will start as a Nurse Extern II during your final semester of school. Once you obtain your license, you will transition into a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) position at St. Nicholas Hospital.
What you'll do#
- Work as a Nurse Extern II during your last semester of nursing school.
- Transition into an RN role upon receiving your professional license.
- Provide patient care at St. Nicholas Hospital.
What you'll need#
- Graduation from an accredited and approved school of nursing.
- A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
- You must not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.
