About the role#
This internship is a 12-week program designed to provide students with hands-on experience and professional growth. You will join our team for a full-time, paid summer position at our facility in South Boston, Virginia. We treat our interns as valued team members and assign work that is meaningful to the organization.

What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or a business-related field.
- You must have existing work authorization that permits you to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
- You have the ability to work effectively across cultures and within a team environment.
- You possess strong conceptual and analytical thinking skills.
- You are self-motivated and capable of working independently.
