About the role#
This is a 12-week paid internship program based at our factory in Alamo, Tennessee. We offer full-time positions designed to provide a hands-on learning experience. You will work on real-world challenges and contribute to projects that support the next era of sustainable energy. Please note that we do not provide sponsorship for this role, so you must already have work authorization to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.

What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- You are self-motivated and can work independently.
- You have strong conceptual and analytical thinking skills.
- You can work effectively across different cultures.
