About the role#
This is an unpaid internship through the DoD SkillBridge Program, designed for transitioning active-duty U.S. military personnel within their final 180 days of service. You will train as an Information Warfare and Cryptologic Warfare Mission Technician, focusing on FURY systems operations, maintenance, and the responsibilities of working within a federated FURY system environment. You will work closely with a mentor and senior company leadership on meaningful projects to gain real-world experience.
What you'll do#
- Participate in a structured training program covering FURY system operations, mission management, payload development, and troubleshooting.
- Operate both fixed-site and mobile FURY systems.
- Conduct system maintenance and coordinate FURY EMW/IW training missions for Fleet consumers.
- Develop technical documentation and assist with project management tasks.
- Gain exposure to Data Center and Network Operation Center environments.
- Complete special projects as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Must be active-duty military within the final 180 days of service.
- Must hold a current and active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
- Experience supporting Information Warfare and Cryptologic Warfare operations in a Network Operations Center or Data Enterprise Center environment is preferred.
- Academic background in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Cybersecurity is preferred.
