About the role#
As a Transportation Marketing Intern at HDR, you will join our Transportation Business Group to support marketing initiatives. You will work on-site in Irvine, California, for approximately 20 hours per week. This role provides the opportunity to work alongside and receive mentorship from marketing professionals while contributing to the systems that move people and goods.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with the marketing team on various initiatives.
- Assist staff with the preparation of proposals, presentations, brochures, award submittals, and announcements.
- Write, review, and edit content for resumes, project descriptions, and other marketing materials.
- Coordinate text and graphics while editing page layouts.
- Maintain the CRM system and handle data-driven tasks.
- Catalogue marketing assets and perform other duties as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program.
- Completion of at least two years toward your degree with a 3.0+ GPA.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated knowledge of software related to your field of study.
