About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based in Cincinnati, Ohio. You will work on transportation projects while being supervised by a professional or Project Manager. The role focuses on applying standard engineering techniques and procedures to real-world tasks. You will also have the chance to connect with recent graduates and company leaders through our mentoring and young professionals programs.
What you'll do#
- Gain experience on project work.
- Apply standard engineering techniques and procedures.
- Complete assignments under the direct supervision of a professional or Project Manager.
- Connect with company leaders and recent graduates through mentoring programs.
- Perform other duties as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
- A commitment to participating in our employee-owned culture.
- Preferred: Completion of at least 2 years toward your degree with a 3.0+ GPA.
- Preferred: Knowledge of software packages related to the industry.
- Preference given to local candidates.
