About the role#
As a Traffic Engineering Intern, you will work within our Highway and Road department. This role provides an opportunity to gain practical experience while working under the direct supervision of a professional or Project Manager. You will connect with company leaders and recent graduates through our young professionals and mentoring programs.
What you'll do#
- Apply standard engineering techniques and procedures to project tasks.
- Gain real-world experience on various engineering projects.
- Collaborate with team members and participate in professional development programs.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate Civil Engineering program.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and basic Microsoft Office proficiency.
- A commitment to participating in our employee-owned company culture.
- Preferred: At least two years of degree progress completed with a 3.0 or higher GPA.
- Demonstrated knowledge of software packages relevant to the industry.
