About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship based in Boston, Massachusetts. You will join the team for the Winter 2027 term. As an employee-owned firm, we look for interns who are ready to engage with our collaborative culture and work alongside our professional staff.
What you'll do#
- Apply standard engineering techniques and procedures to project tasks.
- Work on transportation infrastructure projects under the direct supervision of a Project Manager or professional engineer.
- Participate in mentoring and young professionals programs to connect with company leaders and recent graduates.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program for Civil Engineering or a related structural field.
- Completion of coursework in either Steel or Concrete Design.
- Proficiency with CAD software and basic Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills with high attention to detail.
- We prefer candidates who have completed at least two years of their degree and maintain a 3.0 or higher GPA.
