About the role#
As a Stormwater Permitting Intern, you will join our Water Business Group in Austin. This position provides an opportunity to work on projects related to water management, flood control, and environmental sustainability. You will participate in our employee-owned culture and engage with company leaders and recent graduates through our professional development programs.
What you'll do#
- Gain practical experience on active projects.
- Engage with our mentoring and young professionals groups.
- Complete various tasks as required by the team.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program for biology, environmental engineering, environmental science, or a related field.
- Completion of at least 2 years of coursework with a 3.0 or higher GPA.
- Strong communication, writing, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- An interest in state water quality regulations.
- A commitment to participating in our employee-owned culture.

- Location: Austin, Texas.
- This is an on-site, paid, full-time internship.
