About the role#
As a Stormwater Compliance Intern, you will join our Water Business Group in Austin. This position offers exposure to real-world projects and connects you with company leaders and recent graduates through our mentoring and young professionals programs. You will work on-site as part of our employee-owned team.
What you'll do#
- Gain practical experience on active projects.
- Engage with our mentoring programs and young professionals network.
- Handle additional tasks and project support as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program for Biology, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office tools.
- A commitment to participating in our employee-owned culture.
- High attention to detail and strong writing skills.
- We prefer candidates who have completed at least two years of their degree and hold a 3.0 or higher GPA.
- An interest in state water quality regulations is a plus.
