About the role#
As a Site Civil Intern, you will work on engineering projects while learning from company leaders and recent graduates. You will participate in mentoring and young professionals programs to build your network. This role involves performing assignments under the direct supervision of a professional or Project Manager.

- Perform other duties as needed to support the team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
- Commitment to an employee-owned culture.
- Preference is given to candidates with at least two years of degree progress and a 3.0+ GPA.
- Knowledge of software packages related to the civil engineering field.
- Local candidates are preferred.
