About the role#
As a Power Intern, you will join our Power sector team to support the generation, transmission, and delivery of electricity. You will work alongside experienced engineers and scientists on projects ranging from data centers to transmission system modernization. This role offers the chance to contribute to reliable and sustainable power systems.
What you'll do#
- Apply standard engineering techniques and procedures to project tasks.
- Perform assignments under the direct supervision of a professional or Project Manager.
- Gain real-world experience on various engineering projects.
- Connect with company leaders and recent graduates through mentoring and young professionals programs.
- Assist with other duties as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program, specifically in Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, Industrial, Aerospace, Biomedical, or Environmental Engineering.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
- Knowledge of software packages related to your field of study.
- A commitment to participating in our employee-owned culture.
- We prefer candidates who have completed at least 2 years of their degree with a 3.0 or higher GPA.

- This is an on-site, paid, full-time internship position.
