About the role#
As a Mechanical Engineering Intern, you will work on industrial projects while gaining real-world experience. You will collaborate with company leaders and recent graduates through our mentoring and young professionals programs. You will work under the direct supervision of a professional engineer or Project Manager.
What you'll do#
- Apply standard engineering techniques and procedures to project tasks.
- Participate in mentoring and young professionals programs.
- Complete assignments as directed by your supervisor.
- Handle other duties as required.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
- A commitment to participating in our employee-owned culture.
- Preferred: Completion of at least 2 years of your degree with a 3.0 or higher GPA.
- Preferred: Demonstrated knowledge of software packages relevant to mechanical engineering.
- Preferred: Local candidates.
