About the role#
As a Marketing Intern, you will gain real-world experience supporting transportation projects and pursuits. You will work under the direction of marketing and transportation professionals to assist with proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral. This is a paid, full-time opportunity based in Round Rock, Texas.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the development of proposals, qualifications packages, and marketing materials.
- Coordinate with technical staff to gather pursuit information and update resumes.
- Maintain and update marketing databases and project information.
- Participate in and lead coordination meetings with technical teams.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program.
- Pursuit of a degree in marketing, communications, business, journalism, graphic design, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments independently.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills, with preference given to those experienced in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically InDesign.
- Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
- A commitment to participating in an employee-owned culture.
- Preference for candidates who have completed at least two years of their degree with a 3.0 or higher GPA.
