About the role#
This internship offers a chance to apply classroom knowledge to real-world projects. You will work alongside experienced professionals to build your skills and help shape communities. This is a full-time, paid position for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Take part in projects related to Power, Water, Transportation, or Building Engineering.
- Learn from industry professionals through hands-on project work.
- Contribute to the development of local communities.
- Develop professional engineering skills in a collaborative environment.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program.
- At least two years of your degree completed with a 3.0+ GPA.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with AutoCAD.
- A commitment to participating in an employee-owned culture.
- An interest in Power, Water, Transportation, or Building Engineering.

- Location: Walnut Creek, California.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour.
- Local candidates are preferred.
