About the role#
As an Electrical Intern in the Building Engineering department, you will gain practical experience by working on projects under the supervision of a professional or Project Manager. You will have opportunities to connect with recent graduates and company leaders through mentoring and young professionals programs. This is a full-time, paid internship.
What you'll do#
- Apply standard engineering techniques and procedures to project tasks.
- Gain real-world experience on various engineering projects.
- Perform assigned duties as needed to support the engineering team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate Electrical Engineering program.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- A commitment to participating in an employee-owned culture.
- At least 2 years of completed coursework and a 3.0+ GPA are preferred.
- Familiarity with industry-specific software packages is preferred.
- Local candidates are preferred.
