About the role#
HDR is seeking a Digital Automation Intern to join our team in Omaha. This is a paid, full-time, on-site internship. You will work alongside our technical staff to support development projects and contribute to our employee-owned culture.
What you'll do#
- Support and maintain development projects by collaborating with the technical team.
- Assist in the development, testing, and implementation of system enhancements, customizations, and integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Document technical processes, system configurations, and changes.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and build technical solutions for business challenges.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program, specifically pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with low-code or no-code development using the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Exposure to agentic AI models, AI-driven workflows, and other emerging technologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- A willingness to learn from experienced professionals and participate in a collaborative team environment.
- Local candidates are preferred.
