About the role#
This internship offers real-world experience on architecture projects. You will work under the direct supervision of architects, project managers, and other professionals. You will also have the chance to connect with recent graduates and company leaders through mentoring and young professionals programs.
What you'll do#
- Participate in the architectural design process.
- Develop alternative solutions and presentation graphics to communicate concepts.
- Create design development drawings and models.
- Collaborate with production staff on technical details and construction drawings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate Architecture program.
- At least 2 years completed toward your degree with a 3.0 or higher GPA.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
- Knowledge of software packages related to the architecture industry.
- A commitment to participating in our employee-owned culture.
- Preference is given to local candidates.
