About the role#
As a Civil Intern, you will work on engineering projects while learning from professional mentors and project managers. This internship provides exposure to our employee-owned culture and connects you with our young professionals network.
What you'll do#
- Apply standard engineering techniques and procedures to project tasks.
- Complete assignments under the direct supervision of a professional or Project Manager.
- Participate in mentoring programs and engage with company leaders.
- Gain hands-on experience on active projects.
- Assist with other duties as required.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate Civil Engineering program.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Commitment to participating in our employee-owned culture.
- Knowledge of software packages related to the civil engineering industry.
- We prefer candidates who have completed at least two years of their degree and maintain a 3.0 or higher GPA.

- Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: On-site.
- This is a paid, full-time internship.
