About the role#
As a Bridge Intern, you will work on engineering projects during the Summer 2027 term. You will work on-site in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This is a paid, full-time internship.
What you'll do#
- Apply standard engineering techniques and procedures to project tasks.
- Complete assignments under the direct supervision of a professional or Project Manager.
- Gain practical experience on bridge projects.
- Connect with company leaders and recent graduates through mentoring and young professionals programs.
- Handle other duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate Civil Engineering program.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
- A commitment to our employee-owned culture.
- Preference is given to local candidates.
- Preference is given to those who have completed 3 years of their degree and maintain a 3.0+ GPA.
- Familiarity with software packages related to the industry is preferred.
