About the role#
As an Architectural Design Intern, you will gain experience working on projects under the direct supervision of Architects and Project Managers. You will join our team in Seattle to contribute to the design and delivery of various spaces. This is a paid, full-time position that operates on a rolling term basis.
What you'll do#
- Participate in the architectural design process.
- Develop alternative design solutions and create presentation graphics.
- Prepare construction documents and support the completion of construction drawings.
- Advance 3D digital models using REVIT and RHINO.
- Complete code reviews under the direction of an Architect.
- Collaborate with production staff on technical details.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate Architecture program.
- At least 2 years of coursework completed with a 3.0 or higher GPA.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Commitment to an employee-owned culture.
- Demonstrated knowledge of industry-related software.
- Advanced REVIT skills are preferred.
- Experience with Rhino, 3D modeling, and Bluebeam Review is preferred.
