    About the role#

    This internship provides hands-on experience within our Industrial sector. You will assist our team in managing air quality projects, supporting environmental stewardship, and helping clients navigate complex regulatory requirements. You will also have the opportunity to connect with company leaders and peers through mentoring and young professionals programs.

    What you'll do#

    • Explore how industrial sources impact ambient air quality to support permitting and compliance projects.
    • Draft air permitting notifications, application forms, and various compliance documents for our industrial clients.
    • Gain real-world experience by contributing to ongoing project work.
    • Participate in company programs and perform other tasks as assigned.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program for environmental engineering, biology, environmental science, or a related field.
    • Basic skills in Microsoft Office.
    • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
    • A high level of attention to detail.
    • A commitment to participating in our employee-owned culture.
    • Preference is given to local candidates and those who have completed at least two years of their degree with a 3.0 or higher GPA.
    • Familiarity with the EPA Clean Air Act is a plus.
