    About the role#

    We are hiring a Manufacturing Engineering Intern to join our engineering team in Mequon. You will work alongside our manufacturing and production staff to improve our processes and support daily operations. This role focuses on turning ideas into efficient, repeatable work. You will spend significant time on the production floor contributing to projects that impact quality, safety, and efficiency.

    What you'll do#

    • Analyze and improve the use of people, materials, and machines.
    • Assist with workstation layout and process flow improvements.
    • Support improvements for processes, equipment, tooling, and fixtures.
    • Create and update setup sheets and basic process documentation.
    • Help troubleshoot manufacturing issues directly on the production floor.
    • Collaborate with engineers and operators on various improvement projects.

    What you'll need#

    • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Computer Engineering.
    • Available to work part-time during the school year and full-time during the summer.
    • Comfortable using CAD and basic computer tools.
    • Ability to commute to our Mequon, WI location.

    • Schedule: Rolling term, part-time during school year and full-time in summer.
    • Compensation: This is a paid internship.
