About the role#
The Account Fellowship is an entry-level position at Havas Health Network designed to build a foundation in health and wellness advertising. This program focuses on training and development, providing access to courses like Pharma 101, Business Writing, and Foundations of Presenting. Fellows gain insight into how departments collaborate through executive-led discussions and mentorship from leaders in pharmaceutical advertising.
What you'll do#
- Assist the Account Lead in maintaining client relationships and communicating client needs to the internal team.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to create project briefs and monitor adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Support project kick-offs and client status meetings by capturing notes and generating contact reports.
- Manage daily communication by sending emails and addressing inquiries from clients and internal teams promptly.
- Keep stakeholders informed about project status.
- Facilitate medical, legal, and regulatory reviews for various projects.
- Monitor project spending, billing, and estimates, including the review of monthly invoices.
- Maintain brand organization through server folder management, status grid structures, and ad hoc requests.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
- Up to one year of relevant business experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including effective public speaking capabilities.
- Organizational, leadership, and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
- An optimistic attitude and strong interpersonal skills for building relationships.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality standards.
- Prior exposure to the healthcare or communications industry is preferred.
