About the role#
This is a full-time, paid Summer 2027 internship within the Portfolio Management team at Harrison Street Asset Management. You will support the team by providing analytical work, tracking fund performance, and assisting with data management projects.
What you'll do#
- Update and maintain financial projection models to calculate fund level cash flows and returns.
- Maintain investment and diversification summaries for the Investment Committee.
- Monitor financial performance to identify opportunities and threats.
- Assist the team in implementing a firmwide data platform by validating historical and new data.
- Use third party applications for data collection and analysis.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience in finance, real estate, accounting, economics, or business administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Core knowledge of finance, accounting, and real estate principles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A self-directed approach with high attention to detail.
