About the role#
As a Planning Analyst Intern at Hantz Group, you will work within our Family Office to support our financial planning services. You will work closely with Financial Advisors to gain hands-on experience in the financial services industry, specifically regarding tax planning and insurance. This role offers flexible hours to help you balance your professional development with your degree.
What you'll do#
- Act as a liaison between Financial Advisors and product providers.
- Review new business daily to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage communications via phone and email to support the funding of customer accounts.
- Study for and obtain your Property & Casualty license.
- Follow all industry rules and regulations.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting.
- An interest in a long-term career in financial services.
- Availability to work 20-25 hours per week.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- The ability to accept constructive criticism and use it to improve your work.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to work independently.

- This is a paid, part-time internship with a rolling term.
