About the role#
Hammond Power Solutions is hiring a full-time Office Coordinator Co-op Student to join our supply chain team in Morriston, Ontario. This is a paid position for a 4-month term.
What you'll do#
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, such as packing slips, bills of lading, and commercial invoices.
- Communicate with carriers, customers, and internal departments regarding shipment status and deliveries.
- Help manage freight claims by gathering documentation and tracking information for shipment discrepancies.
- Support the receiving process in Microsoft Dynamics 365 by verifying quantities and recording receipts.
- Monitor outbound shipments and track late deliveries to assist with ship-on-time reporting.
- Provide administrative support through data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Maintain office and warehouse supply levels.
- Work with internal teams to ensure the flow of information.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to refine administrative processes.

- Compensation: $20-$24 per hour, plus benefits and eligibility for performance-based incentives.
