About the role#

Halff is seeking a Structural Intern to join the team in Houston, Texas. This position involves working on a variety of design projects, including buildings, hydraulic structures, civil structures, and vehicular bridges.

What you'll do#

• Assist with the design of buildings, hydraulic structures, civil structures, and vehicular bridges.
• Review the production of construction drawings for your own work.
• Assist in the review of project budgets.
• Provide CAD assistance as necessary.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or an ABET-accredited equivalent engineering degree.
• A strong interest in structural design and plan production.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and self-motivation skills.
• Ability to build strong professional relationships and work effectively within a team.
