About the role#
Halff is seeking a Structural Intern to join the team in Houston, Texas. This position involves working on a variety of design projects, including buildings, hydraulic structures, civil structures, and vehicular bridges.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the design of buildings, hydraulic structures, civil structures, and vehicular bridges.
- Review the production of construction drawings for your own work.
- Assist in the review of project budgets.
- Provide CAD assistance as necessary.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or an ABET-accredited equivalent engineering degree.
- A strong interest in structural design and plan production.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and self-motivation skills.
- Ability to build strong professional relationships and work effectively within a team.
