About the role#
Gulfstream Aerospace is hiring a Sustainability Collegiate Intern to join our team in Savannah, Georgia. This role supports our sustainability organization through environmental stewardship and value creation projects. You will work alongside mentors to gain hands-on experience in the aviation industry during the Spring and Summer 2027 semesters.
What you'll do#
- Research best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends.
- Assist in preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Help implement sustainability projects like energy efficiency initiatives and recycling programs.
- Organize sustainability awareness events or campaigns.
- Support communication efforts with vendors, employees, and community partners.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in Environmental, Aerospace, or Mechanical Engineering.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, which must be listed on your resume.
- Completion of your freshman year by the start of the internship.
- Ability to work on-site in Savannah, Georgia, for the duration of the Spring and Summer 2027 terms.
