About the role#
The Reliability & Performance Analytics team supports Gulfstream Customer Support by building data-driven solutions and improving internal processes. As a Collegiate Associate, you will work alongside experienced professionals to transform data into insights and support various product and program initiatives. This role provides exposure to data analytics, project management, and business process improvement.
What you'll do#
- Support data collection, analysis, reporting, and dashboard activities.
- Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, presentations, and track action items.
- Assist with SharePoint site organization, development, and content updates.
- Support product and program activities through research, requirement gathering, and process documentation.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Operations Management.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, which must be listed on your resume.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Ability to work on-site in Savannah, GA during the Spring 2027 semester.

- This is a full-time, paid internship based in Savannah, GA.
- The term is for the Spring 2027 semester.
- Work must be performed on-site.
