About the role#
Gulfstream is hiring a Flight Sciences Engineer Collegiate Associate Intern for the Winter 2027 term. You will work alongside engineering staff to gain professional experience in the aviation industry. This role involves contributing to technical projects and applying classroom knowledge to real-world engineering challenges.
What you'll do#
- Provide technical assistance to engineering staff and complete discrete tasks on schedule.
- Apply engineering principles to resolve aircraft-related issues.
- Support component and full-scale aircraft prototype and test activities.
- Generate and analyze technical test data.
- Interface with internal teams including Production, Completions, Manufacturing, Marketing, Product Support, and Procurement.
- Coordinate with external suppliers.
- Develop your understanding of technical principles and concepts.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time student in an accredited university bachelor’s degree program or higher.
- Pursuing a degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, Industrial & Systems Engineering, or Engineering Instrumentation.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, which must be listed on your resume.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Reliable transportation.

- This position is located on-site in Savannah, Georgia.
- The internship is a paid, full-time position.
