About the role#
As an Aftermarket Expediter intern, you will manage AOG (Aircraft on Ground) orders through the full cycle of sales, picking, shipping, and delivery. You will work directly with Parts Sales and Technical Operations to locate out-of-stock parts and coordinate with warehouse, planning, and purchasing teams to meet deadlines. This role involves creating summary reports on AOG outcomes and helping integrate new third-party suppliers to improve future response times.
What you'll do#
- Take ownership of orders once they are initiated by Parts Sales and Technical Operations.
- Communicate and ensure adherence to the AOG response policy.
- Drive progress by instilling a sense of urgency among functional counterparts.
- Directly impact over-the-counter sales revenue through efficient order management.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or Logistics.
- Completion of your sophomore year prior to the start date.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, which must be listed on your resume.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with PC usage and automated systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management and technical staff.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Fluency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking.

- Location: Savannah, Georgia.
- Term: Winter 2027.
- Modality: This is a full-time, on-site position.
