About the role#
Grubb Properties is hiring an Investor Relations Intern for the summer of 2027. This full-time role offers hands-on experience in real estate investment management. You will work directly with our team to support investor communications, reporting, and fund operations. This is a paid position based in our office.
What you'll do#
- Maintain accurate investor contact and account information in our internal systems.
- Assist with quarterly and annual reporting, including the preparation of investor statements.
- Organize and maintain investor files and fund-related materials.
- Help prepare investor letters regarding capital calls, distributions, and other updates.
- Support internal reporting processes and track investor commitments and capital raised.
- Collaborate with the team on daily tasks and special projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program for real estate, business, finance, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well with a team while managing your own tasks independently.
