About the role#
Grubb Properties is hiring a Real Estate Marketing Intern for the summer of 2027. This full-time, 8-week internship is based in our Charlotte office. You will work with our marketing team to gain hands-on experience in the real estate sector, contribute to brand development, and support property marketing initiatives. This is a paid position.
What you'll do#
- Create content for our website, marketing campaigns, and social media channels.
- Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts and interacting with our audience.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of our properties.
- Conduct research on real estate trends and competitor activity.
- Support the planning and coordination of promotional events.
- Use graphic design software to create materials for property listings and advertisements.
- Analyze campaign performance data to provide insights for future strategy.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for marketing, communications, or real estate.
- A creative approach to design and photography.
- Proficiency with social media platforms.
- Basic graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Analytical ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
