About the role#
Grubb Properties is offering an 8-week internship program for students interested in the multifamily housing industry. You will work alongside experienced professionals to gain practical experience in leasing operations, marketing, and resident relations. This position is based in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
What you'll do#
- Assist with leasing tasks, including greeting and qualifying prospects and conducting apartment tours.
- Ensure all work follows Fair Housing and ADA regulations.
- Create and schedule social media content and help implement marketing strategies.
- Plan resident events and community outreach programs to build strong relationships.
- Handle rental collections and inspect vacant apartments.
- Support the team during move-ins and move-outs.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a college student with a focus on Business Administration or Marketing.
- An interest in property management, sales, customer service, or real estate.
- A self-motivated attitude and a desire to learn.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel to various locations within the company portfolio.
