About the role#
Greystar is hiring a Turn Assistant for our Arcadia Harrisonburg student living community. This is a full-time, on-site role that supports our leasing and maintenance teams as we prepare for the apartment turn season. We are looking for students or recent graduates with backgrounds in business, real estate, marketing, communications, or human resources.
What you'll do#
- Handle administrative office tasks like filing, copying documents, and organizing rent payments.
- Support the lease process by preparing paperwork and managing resident files for move-ins and move-outs.
- Help with on-campus marketing to build community awareness.
- Assist with resident events and programs.
- Maintain property grounds and amenities by clearing debris and cleaning common areas.
- Perform touch-up painting and basic maintenance tasks like caulking and sealing in apartment units.
What you'll need#
