About the role#

Student Ambassadors serve as a student-led service team within the Office of the President. This role provides support for campus-wide needs, presidential events, and administrative operations. Ambassadors act as a flexible resource for projects and programs that enhance the university community.

What you'll do#

• Provide general support for campus initiatives, events, and projects.
• Assist with the planning, setup, execution, and breakdown of events hosted by the Office of the President.
• Perform administrative tasks, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and responding to emails.
• Coordinate meetings, maintain calendars, and support scheduling needs.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal inquiries and direct requests to the appropriate offices.
• Represent the Office of the President with professionalism and discretion.
