Technical - Intern

About the role#

This is a paid, full-time summer internship based in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in manufacturing processes related to pressure-sensitive constructions.

What you'll do#

• Assist department members with daily operations and collaborate with team members to complete tasks.
• Identify and escalate urgent situations and redirect problems to the appropriate resources.
• Create prototypes of pressure-sensitive constructions in a laboratory setting.
• Perform product testing to quantify performance characteristics.
• Use performance data to help align product constructions with customer needs, identify root causes of challenges, and develop new products.
• Modify manufacturing processes to address product challenges or implement new product designs.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, including but not limited to Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Process Control, Industrial, Environmental, or Pulp and Paper Science Engineering.
• Completion of at least two years of undergraduate coursework.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Availability for a 10-week, 40-hour per week, summer term in 2026.
