Customer Service Intern

About the role#

The Customer Service Intern will support the Customer Service, Design, and Graphics teams within a folding carton manufacturing environment. This role provides hands-on exposure to order processing, customer communication, and packaging design workflows while assisting with administrative and coordination tasks.

What you'll do#

• Assist with order entry, updates, and maintenance in internal systems.
• Track order status, due dates, and customer requirements.
• Support communication with internal teams including production, scheduling, and shipping.
• Coordinate artwork proofs and revisions between customers and internal teams.
• Organize artwork files, customer specifications, and documentation.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and customer documentation.
• Assist with special projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and new customer account setup.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Graphic Design, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a team environment.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Interest in the manufacturing, packaging, or printing industry is preferred.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, or Photoshop) or data entry is a plus.
