About the role#

This paid internship program provides an immersive, hands-on experience within the broadcast media industry. You will function as a valued team member, working alongside award-winning professionals to gain practical knowledge and develop skills relevant to local media production and operations.

What you'll do#

• Participate in daily operations across various departments, including marketing, sales, creative services, sports, weather, and news production.
• Assist in the acquisition and development of professional skills required for the local media industry.
• Contribute to team projects and gain direct experience in your chosen area of interest.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a college or university, with preference given to Junior or Senior students.
• A strong work ethic and demonstrated organizational skills.
• Pursuit of a degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Media Studies, Engineering, or related fields.
• A genuine desire to gain hands-on experience in the local media industry.
