About the role#
Grail Talent is an influencer management agency that connects content creators with digital marketing opportunities. We work with brands and record labels to advertise products and music on social media. As an intern, you will support a Talent Manager with daily operations for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube creators. You will gain experience in talent growth strategies and brand partnerships.
What you'll do#
- Assist with daily communication between talent and brand partners.
- Coordinate and track campaign deliverables and timelines.
- Research new trends and source new creators to sign.
- Secure brand opportunities.
- Support calendar management, meeting scheduling, and internal coordination.
- Monitor social media activity for talent and competitors.
- Participate in team calls and brainstorming sessions.
What you'll need#
- Deep familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and creator culture.
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- Comfort working in a remote environment.
- Eagerness to learn how creators build and monetize their platforms.
- Bonus points for experience in social media, marketing, entertainment, or startups.

- The position is part-time with a rolling term of 3 to 12 months.
