About the role#
The Graham Partners Private Equity Fast Track Internship is a two-summer paid program for college students. It provides training and work experience during the summers following your sophomore and junior years. You will work with senior investment and operations professionals, as well as portfolio company management teams. Each analyst is paired with a mentor who provides one-on-one training and guidance on live deals and portfolio projects.
What you'll do#
- Build leveraged buyout models and perform financial planning and analysis.
- Assist with supply chain management, project management, and sales and marketing strategy.
- Gain experience with live deals.
- Complete the Training the Street financial modeling course and a financial accounting course.
- Meet with firm leadership, portfolio company CEOs, and third-party diligence providers.
- Develop and present an Investment Theme Project and analyze case studies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student in the Class of 2029.
- A 3.7+ GPA with a record of academic accomplishment.
- Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and the ability to work well in a team.
- A desire to learn and interact with senior investment professionals.
- Experience with Excel and PowerPoint is preferred.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
