About the role#
The Grace Fellow position is a full-time, two-year program designed to help you grow in ministry and leadership. You will work within a specific department at Grace Bible Church to gain hands-on experience while receiving theological training. The program focuses on teaching truth, forming character, experiencing ministry, and sharpening your long-term vision for service.
What you'll do#
- Participate in weekly staff and planning meetings.
- Lead and coach ministry leaders.
- Plan and execute department events.
- Assist with administrative tasks and help with MOD walk-ins.
- Lead or participate in cross-cultural trips.
- Complete all coursework and homework for the Fellows program.
- Participate in development moments like cohorts and lunch seminars.
- Engage in character and spiritual development with your mentor.
- Experience church life activities such as baptisms, weddings, funerals, and membership.
- Raise 100% of your support through Reliant and maintain your support base through regular updates.
What you'll need#
- A committed and growing Christian faith with a strong connection to a local, Bible-teaching church.
- A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A teachable spirit and a passion for support and service.
- The ability to manage multiple projects independently and within a team.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.

- Location: College Station, Texas.
- This is an on-site, full-time, paid position.
- The term is rolling.
