About the role#
As a Data Quality Intern, you will ensure our supplier inventory data is accurate, consistent, and well-organized. You will work with our team to standardize formats, fix errors, and keep information aligned with company standards. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and a focus on maintaining clean data.
What you'll do#
- Review supplier inventory uploads in Excel or CSV format for accuracy and compliance with our standards.
- Standardize and update supplier inventory data across our internal systems.
- Identify duplicates, missing values, or misclassified products and suggest corrections.
- Match product and plant details to correct categories, packaging types, and size terms.
- Execute data imports and updates in HubSpot and internal databases.
- Work with the Supplier and Operations teams to keep data processes consistent.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for data science, business analytics, supply chain, operations management, or a related field.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Comfort working with spreadsheets, databases, and data entry tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and an interest in organizing data.
- Ability to work independently, stay self-motivated, and remain accountable.
- Strong communication skills in English. Proficiency in French is a plus.
