    About the role#

    This summer internship position is based in Austin, Texas, within the Communications Infrastructure and Datacenter End Market team. You will work on defining strategy for these markets by identifying opportunities for semiconductor products and services. This role requires an engineering student with an interest in business management.

    What you'll do#

    • Analyze datacenter and communications infrastructure applications to identify growth opportunities.
    • Evaluate market size, competitive factors, target customers, and industry trends.
    • Create market requirements for infrastructure and datacenter solutions.
    • Develop and maintain business plans, including revenue forecasts, product pricing, and investment considerations.
    • Perform all work in a safe and responsible manner while supporting Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security programs.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program for Electrical Engineering or a related field.
    • At least a sophomore standing with a minimum 3.0 GPA and good academic standing.
    • Fluency in written and spoken English.
    • Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
    • Prior internship or co-op experience.
    • Demonstrated leadership experience from school projects, competitions, or the workplace.
    • Project management skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
    • Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
    • A good foundation in electronic circuits and systems.
    • Experience with Excel or similar data-analysis tools.
    • Interest in using AI tools to support decision-making and workflow efficiency.

    • Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
