About the role#
The Commercial Excellence Intern will support our global partner program. You will analyze business data, refine processes, and create training materials. You will also assist with partner performance reviews. This role involves taking ownership of a specific project from initial planning through to your final presentation. You will use AI-assisted tools throughout your work to support your objectives.
What you'll do#
- Collect, organize, and review partner and sales opportunity data.
- Interview stakeholders and observe system workflows to create process maps and job aids.
- Support improvements to the partner web portal by documenting needs, testing updates, and tracking open items.
- Research potential partners and summarize findings for team discussions.
- Prepare insights and presentations for sales funnel reviews and leadership updates.
- Create and maintain partner training and communication materials.
- Own one well-defined project from start to finish and present your results.
- Perform all activities in a safe manner, supporting Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security requirements.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as at least a sophomore in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA and good academic standing.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week.
- Preferred: Prior internship experience and demonstrated leadership.
- Preferred: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with exposure to Power BI, Power Platform, or SQL.
- Preferred: Interest in using AI-assisted tools for data analysis and process improvement.
- Preferred: Strong planning, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
