About the role#
The Commercial Excellence Intern will support the global partner program by analyzing business data, improving internal processes, and creating training materials. You will work on one well-defined project from start to finish, culminating in a final presentation of your results and recommendations to the team.
What you'll do#
- Collect, organize, and review partner and sales opportunity data to support business analytics.
- Interview stakeholders and observe workflows to build process maps and job aids.
- Support updates to the partner web portal by documenting needs and testing changes.
- Research potential partners and summarize findings for team discussions.
- Prepare insights and presentations for sales funnel and partner business reviews.
- Create and maintain partner training and communication materials.
- Perform all tasks in a safe manner while following Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security requirements.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as at least a sophomore in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program for Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Information Systems, or Business Analytics.
- An overall GPA of at least 3.0 and good academic standing.
- Fluency in written and verbal English.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week.
- Interest in using AI tools and emerging technologies to improve productivity and decision-making.
- Preferred skills include project management, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is preferred, with bonus points for experience in Power BI, Power Platform, or SQL.
- Prior internship, co-op, or leadership experience is a plus.
