About the role#
As a Mechanical Engineer Intern, you will work with our engineering team on real projects. You will apply your classroom knowledge to practical challenges while building your technical and professional skills. This role involves collaborating with Sales, Estimating, Field Services, and Manufacturing to see how engineering connects to other parts of the business to deliver customer solutions.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the design, analysis, and testing of mechanical systems and components.
- Create and update engineering drawings, calculations, specifications, and documentation.
- Contribute to product development initiatives and innovation projects.
- Participate in engineering team meetings, design reviews, and other cross-functional project activities.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic engineering software tools.
- Experience with CAD software, such as Inventor or AutoCAD, is preferred.
