About the role#
As a mechanical design intern, you will join the design teams focused on auxiliary hydroelectric alternators. You will work alongside experienced engineering professionals and support the team in meeting project objectives.
What you'll do#
- Perform mechanical design of equipment related to auxiliary alternators, including modeling, sizing, and associated calculations.
- Participate in design reviews with various company functions.
- Provide technical support for manufacturing and on-site installation.
- Assist engineers with various project-related engineering tasks.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering.
- Familiarity with the strength of materials and basic mechanical calculations.
- Proficiency in office software and computer-aided design (CAD) tools.
- Fluency in English, both oral and written.
